Tom Regehr - Addict and Ice man
A personal story of suffering, surviving and glory connecting the critical role of social and emotional skills in healing, demonstrating that suffering and addiction can be lessened if not prevented. Regehr is a trauma survivor, addict in recovery, formerly homeless fellow with ongoing struggles who was ‘emotional frozen’ for 30 years, thawing in 2001 with trauma therapy. Thus ”Ice Man"
