PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be received by the event date. Late payments will be subjected a $25 fee. TRANSFERS: Registration can be transferred to another staff member of the same organization at any time, without notice. Registration cannot be transferred to another event or workshop. CANCELLATION POLICY: At least 2 weeks prior to event - 100% refund subject to a $25 administrative fee Cancellation deadline is 14 business days prior to event - No refunds can be offered after the deadline. CAST Canada reserves the right to cancel workshops due to under-enrollment, work stoppages, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a workshop is canceled, CAST Canada is responsible for refunding only the tuition payment
